The School Sisters of Notre Dame have served throughout the St. Louis area since 1858. The province offices and sisters reside at Sancta Maria in Ripa in St. Louis and work throughout the area. They also live in service, prayer and presence at Mother of Perpetual Help, St. Louis, and The Sarah Community, Bridgeton.
The province office includes archives, associates, communications, finance, information technology, ministry office, resource development, support staff, transportation and wellness.

Under the direction of the Province Human Resources Director, the HR Coordinator provides Human Resources support duties. This includes serving as an HR resource for employees, recruiting job applicants at exempt and non-exempt levels, managing the new hire onboarding process, benefits administration, providing Human Resources records support, and other duties related to the daily operations of the HR office. The Sarah Community (TSC) Nurse Care Coordinator (NCC) oversees care for the School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND) residing at TSC, that is the Anna, Veronica, and Naomi Houses which offer skilled, assisted, and skilled levels of care respectively. This individual will work in tandem with TSC SSND Community Life team, collaborates with TSC personnel, and consults with the TSC/Mother of Perpetual (MOPH) Resource Nurse to ensure that SSNDs receive the necessary nursing care and interdisciplinary services to attain or maintain their highest realistic level of physical, environmental, and psychosocial well-being.
