Danae D. Davis is the Chief Executive Officer at PEARLS for Teen Girls, a Milwaukee-based non-profit organization that uses a nationally recognized model for girl empowerment and leadership development for adolescent girls ages 10-19. Previously, Danae was the diversity affairs director at Miller Brewing Company and the director of diversity management and work/life programs of Kraft Foods. Danae is a member on the board of directors for several civic organizations including University School of Milwaukee, Schools That Can Milwaukee, 88.9 Radio Milwaukee and Milwaukee Charter School Advocates. She is also on the leadership committee of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s Milwaukee Succeeds initiative. Recently, Danae was named a “Woman of Influence” by The Business Journal. She resides in Milwaukee.
