Can a new topic for a tutorial be requested?
We are always looking for new topics to write about and are willing to create tutorials for you. If there is a topic or a tutorial you would like for us to consider, e-mail us at itc@ssndcp.org.

How do I contact IT?
To contact the SSND CP IT Staff, you can call us at 1-800-373-7521 or e-mail us at helpdesk@ssndcp.org. For additional contact information you can also visit our About Us page that will have our direct contact information.

What should I do if my computer is running slow?
If your computer is running slow, we recommend that you contact us directly at 1-800-373-7521 or helpdesk@ssndcp.org. We can then make an appointment with you to help identify what the issue is. We do not recommend that you take your computer to a repair store since most of our equipment is under warranty and can be replaced without additional costs.
